Testimonials:

"This training was everything I never knew I needed. The journey into the soul and where it took me has had a profound impact on who I am walking away from the experience 7 months later. Addie and Annie encouraged creativity and finding our authenticity as teachers, even if that meant wandering beyond the bounds of traditional yoga. My creative heart needed that allowance to be free so deeply and I believe the future path of yoga is being paved by these wonderful women. They truly live what it means to practice yoga wholly and it inspires me daily to find the love, beauty and joy in every moment. It isn’t just about the Asanas and getting a good workout. It’s so much more."

"What an amazing experience! I loved the Alchemy in Motion YTT due to the wide range of topics we discussed relating to the physical practice of yoga along with the emotional/spiritual benefits we gain from the practice."

"Training for me was a personal endeavor of deepening my practice to start. As things progressed, I realized that I was capable of more than just gaining an understanding of my needs. As practice teaching began, it was comfortable and very clear to me that sharing what I have gained from yoga physically, mentally, and spiritually is very much what others are looking for as well. We can't always verbalize what we need, but with any practice, we grow and understand more of what is surrounding us and accept more of the good and refuse to incorporate the not so good. This training went from personal to sharing gratitude with others pretty quickly for me. And the friendships gained will be lifelong."
